Simply contact me via phone, email, or the contact form. We'll find times that work for your schedule.

Payment is due after each session. Cash, bank transfer, or other convenient payment methods accepted.

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged.

Currently, all sessions are 1-to-1 to ensure maximum benefit and personalised attention.

Sessions can be held at your home in West London or at a mutually convenient location.
